0 - days prior to arrival - 100% of the total amount of unrealized services
1 - 5 days prior to arrival - 90% of the total amount of unrealized services
6 - 14 days prior to arrival - 75% of the total amount of unrealized services
15 - 21 days prior to arrival - 50% of the total amount of unrealized services
22 - 27 days prior to arrival - 20% of the total amount of unrealized services
Cancellations, postponements or amendments to reservations must be sent by email and approved by us.
